  • What is included in Tynexia’s One-Time 5,000 Naira Access Fee?

To gain access to the Tynexia ecosystem and your selected program, you will need to pay a one-time fee of 5,000 Naira. This fee provides you with unlimited access to the complete Tynexia program portfolio, workbook, library, community, events and activities, rewards, benefits, and collaboration with our partners.

If you meet our eligibility criteria and successfully enroll in your chosen Tynexia program, the cost of your program will be covered, so you will only need to pay the one-time fee.

You are welcome to enroll in multiple programs simultaneously, provided all prerequisite requirements and guidelines are adhered to.

  • What are the payment options?

Payments can be made directly on our website, or you can contact us at enroll@tynexia.com for assistance.

  • How does payment work?

    A. All accepted applicants must pay the one-time 5,000 Naira fee before the start date of their chosen program. Payments can be made through the Tynexia eHub, which offers various payment options.

    B. You can make the 5,000 Naira payment yourself or have someone do it on your behalf. Tynexia accepts all major credit cards, mobile payment options, and in some areas, cash.

    C. Payments are made as a one-time transaction, not on a monthly basis.

  • Can I pay in my local currency?

Learners have the option to pay in their local currency, and Tynexia fees are billed in local currency terms.

  • What happens if I miss my payment deadline?

The one-time 5,000 Naira fee is due on the start date of your program. If you fail to meet this payment deadline, your access to the eHub will be paused, and you will have one week to complete your payment to reactivate your profile. Access will be restored as soon as your payment is processed. If payment is not made within the two-week period, you will be considered to have dropped out and will need to reapply to continue.

  • What happens if I drop out or cannot complete the course; will I receive a refund?

The 5,000 Naira access fee is non-refundable and mandatory for learners to complete their program. If you are unable to finish the program, no refunds will be issued; however, you will have the option to pause your program and resume your learning at a later date. Please note that deferment cut-off dates vary by program, and after these deadlines, you will need to re-enroll in the next cohort.

  • I cannot start my program; will I still be able to defer?

    A. Tynexia learners may defer their program start date under the following conditions:

    1. The one-time fee is non-refundable: This fee grants you access to the entire community and all associated benefits, and you will remain active in the system even if you defer. You can freeze your payment until your new start date, at which time the fee will be due.
    2. You will need to start your new cohort from the beginning (week 1) unless you defer after successfully completing any foundational courses. After completing these, deferment to more specialized programs is possible based on the learning calendar.
    3. You will bypass the admissions process and can enroll in your new cohort directly through the Tynexia eHub.
